partnership name was Total Strata Solutions Sydney City No3. The partnership lasted from May 2007 until May 2008 and since that time having bought my ex-partner's share of the business, I have been a sole trader.

I was dissatisfied with the 'philosophy' of the partnership and since it dissolved, have been running my business as a small boutique style operation - giving professional service to my clients - and being mindful of keeping their costs to the minimum possible - as I have always done ever since I commenced as a Strata Manager in 1989.

I have no staff turnover whatsover as I am the sole employee of the business.

The business is based in Cronulla and my current portfolio of properties range from the Sutherland Shire and St George - to Liverpool and the Lower North Shore.

I am available to assist ANY strata property in Sydney, or any former clients of TSS.

Cronulla TSS done a bunk – We lost contact. No phone calls, no email. No accounts paid, we had debtors chasing us for our unpaid accounts - embarrassing...... Dont go near as they dont deliver in any of their services but charge for their standard fees. We had to go to the Department of Fair Trading! Terrible – Rating average, old saying you get what you pay for? committees to run. Ignores emails and only responds when he wants to.

I would not recommend them. He is trying to run business and fails to manage problems and never picks up his phone except for people he wants to deal with.

Terrible – Very Poor but you get what you pay for and his office sounds good but actually its not that great he just loves to talk and boy those meetings go for hours...but then he get paid for that! Terrible – I leased this company a new office and discovered they had shot through. The finance company wanted to repossess all the furniture and I was out of pocket rent. I understand they have been put into receivership, not surprising. I wish I could vote below poor on your rating scale

separate Property Services company (TEH) to perform work on Strata Properties, then fiddled the books at TSS to pay invoices twice, or to process TEH invoices via TSS for work that was never performed. This money is now likely not going be recoverable due to TEH being liquidated. I agree with a previous post, I wish you had a Rating Category worse than 'poor', something along the lines of 'Criminal'. This guy should be locked up!

Dishonest owner, high disbursements costs, arrogance of staff, being treated like I'm a pest when actually I'm the 'customer'!

Terrible – Clever operators possibly. Ask them how they pay the contractors to ensure no hidden commissions or kick backs. Always seek second and third quote. Not able to ascertain. TSS. He and the clients were very satisfied with my work and prices. When new company took over I was offered 2 payment options. First option was I issue a standard account and be paid within one month. Second option was agree to 10% service fee deducted from account and I would then be paid within 24 hours. I chose first option and never received another job from them again. I believe the second method is very clever way of obtaining easy commission on all jobs which will not encourage cost benefits for owners.

held under management by TSS was held, a choice was given to the plans to change to BCS or not 98% of plans changed to the new company, I understand some grief was caused to the plans and to some staff who lost jobs, but we the Directors of the TSS Group believe that it was in the best interest of the Share holders, Staff and clients for the sale to proceed. I note the writer was D.Brown, maybe I had a bad day and forgot to take my pills when i wrote the review ( It is a shame the person did not use his real name so I could take legal action for slander ) Darren Brown Former C.E.O OF The TSS Group

Terrible – The only time they appear proactive is when they have been told to hand over books the replacement strata manager. I would not recommend their services even if it was for free. The strata managers turnover far too frequently. This means continual re-education of the issues with the building to the newly appointed strata manager. Their strata management style is not just slow but completely vacuous.

Terrible – Very unprofessional and would not recommend them.In particular the management of Strata finances leaves a lot to be desired. Unexplained "Disbursements" appear to be a cash cow for TSS. Follow up and feedback from Strata Manager is non existent - standard of managers and knowledge of strata industry rules and regulations is very poor - no control over quality and costs of repairs and maintenance - accounting methods very questionable.

Terrible – BAD, BAD, BAD!!! The gentleman should consider doing something else (going fishing?) Non existant Mr [name censored] sold the Newcastle & Central Coast part of his Total Strata Solutions business to BCS, but he did not transfer the minutes/records of last meeting (he himself, chaired) & his phone no. is disconnected. Very Unprofessional, BEWARE SYDENY STRATA OWNERS, You are dealing with a 'fly by night' player, with no ethics, whatesoever.
