Tots Bots Bamboozles Stretch

Terrible – Disappointing purchase from reputable seller. I ended up on selling this nappy to a friend who used Tots originals and she was not so impressed either. The nappy also failed to retain its softness after multiple washes, though this is pretty standard for all nappys. I bought the snap version, rather than aplix. Supremely soft when bought. Bad fit, sloppy for a sized nappy and thick in the crotch. Not as absorbent as say baby beehinds.
Excellent – These are my favorite nappies. I have been given these second-hand and are starting to become a bit threadbare but are still working fine. They give my slim-legged daughter a much better fit than baby beehind fitteds (alot less bunchy in the crotch) and I have found them a thousand more times reliable re: leaks than pocket nappies. bought the new bamboozle stretchies - they look great but I haven't tried them out yet. Good fit and extremely reliable system (when used with a cover) Slow drying - the bamboo fabric does take longer to dry than some of the microfibre options.
Good – These are a great, easy to use nappy. They are wash and reuse - so no waste and very friendly to the environment. Bamboo is a wonderful fibre - very soft and absorbent. I prefered the natural nappies to the coloured ones. A little bulky but I was ok with that. Kept baby very dry. No nappy rash. Needs a cover on top. easy to use. bamboo is so soft.… Read more
bamboo is wonderfully absorbent. no waste - just wash and reuse these are a fitted nappy. needs to be rewashed several times to become very absorbant. Might be a bit bulky for some - didn't worry me.
Terrible – This is a waste of money! Not even absorbent enough for my newborn - I tried adding boosters but it became too bulky. The bamboo does not wick moisture so bubs is wet. When my son was 3 weeks old he would not last more than 2 hours without a change & he's an average wetter. Now I've switched to bumgenius & haven't looked back. Soft bamboo material Not absorbent at all
OK – I'm far happier with these than pre-folds and they easily match a disposable (better containment). When I'm tired having to use a wrap over the top is sometimes a chore. They do need vinegar as a rinse-aid to keep them really soft. Super soft when bought and fantastic for blow-out containment Bulky across the crotch and not quite absorbent enough to last from feed-nap-feed on a 5mth old
Good – Overall I enjoy using these nappys, as I prefer separate nappy, liner and cover. Natural colour stays much, much softer than the bright colours do after being washed. You need to wash several times before they reach their full absorbency so at first you can't leave them on long, but that improves. They aren't a very slim fit so in my opinion… Read more
they could have fit more layers of bamboo in the built-in booster. Lovely soft bamboo fabric, reasonably priced fitted nappy. I bought the Aplix fastened version. Some Mums would consider them bulky (this doesn't bother me; I use terry squares part-time too). I think there should be more layers of bamboo to improve absorbency.
