Product was shipped quickly and packaged very well. No complaints.
Faultless experience for me, was interested in a lesser known brand of DB25 cable that was on sale, but the image on the product website didn’t look right. I emailed them and got a response that night, the listing picture was updated and I put my order in. Received an email an hour later to say that the warehouse staff member was off the next day, but it would be sent the day after that - it was, and I received the day after that - so basically 3 days from ordering until received. Can’t ask for more than that - full marks to Tough Audio
Poor customer service for an online store – I am a long-time customer; however, this business has declined in service quality, and customer support for customer issues is non-existent. For example, I purchased a 30-metre length of high-quality Mogami XLR cable. The cable arrived in a hugely rolled coil and crammed inside a box half its size, rendering the cable kinked and making rolling the cable a nightmare. Furthermore, I could hear the cable creaking when pulling it out of its tightly packed box, which likely interfered with the integrity of the shield. When I contacted customer service, their solution was to provide feedback to the packing team. Absolutely poor customer service for a 100% online storefront. Buy your cable from SWAMP Audio or somewhere else where the prices are usually lower and customer service is stellar.
