Town & Country Solar

Can't rate Town and Country Solar high enough, having had cheaper quotes for our solar 2.5 years ago and speaking only to the indian call centre team, I didn't have the confidence to go with them, and instead chose a local true blue Australian Country crowd that were local, all Australian and high quality solar panels and the team installing did a terrific job. Robyn and David are great to deal with, always helpful and never had any issues with the solar not functioning, it has always functioned at max function and we were gaining from the first day installed. Our bills have been so much lower to nearly nil because of our solar, now after a battery and will of course be going back to Town and Country as first port of call. The critical point that made the deal for me living in the mid north country was that the panels used were more suited to the climate, rather than cheap ones used elsewhere. I couldn't be more happy and we are 2.5 years in and loving it. Thanks Town and Country Solar!

After sales Service terrible – This company fitted solar panels to our house five months ago. No issue with the fitment side. After receiving our first bill since then, we found there was only $14 difference from the previous bill. This was despite the fact that we were not in the house for five weeks, it was empty. I rang Town & Country, asked that someone contact me to help me understand why, so I could confront the electricity supplier with a little knowledge behind me. I was assured that the owner would follow up. Five weeks & four phone calls later, I was still waiting. Eventually I spoke to the receptionist & explained that I was quite annoyed, told them not to bother contacting me.
