Stops connecting after 4 months – Don't buy this. After 4 months, it works intermittantly for a week, then stops altogether. Even though it says that there is a 3 year warranty on the box, it must go back to TP Link for repairs, which takes a month, then they give it back to you and it works intermittantly and stops altogether after a week. Simply didn't work – I bought this about three months ago from Harvey Norman and have been testing it ever since. Set up wasn't easy but I managed to get through that part eventually. points I plugged it into (well within range of the modem), it simply failed to extend the range at all.
I'll be perfectly clear on this; it didn't work. $84 down the drain.
Do your research and buy a range extender from a reputable electronics company and read the reviews before you buy, it'll save you a whole lot of grief.
