Maybe better installation instructions – First of all I would say I had a great deal of difficulty setting up the device. However I received EXCELLENT telephone support from Daria Hong. The setting up is most probably easy if you have done it before, which I hadn't, so greatly appreciated the timely, patient and understanding support from the above. Now the product is installed and working fantastically. Thank you Daria for showing me how good this product is.
