Cecilia was incredibly patient and was very knowledgeable about how to resolve our issue with the internet not connecting and went through the entire manual process of connecting it. Thanks to her we finally have wifi again after a very long time. The product itself i don’t know much about but thank you cecilia.

Just that there weren't many instructions detailed in how to set up the router in NBN ready mode (Unless the instructions were separate because it was opened and lost?). Happy with its performance so far though. If you need help in knowing how to get… Read more

Fair – Fair device that enable NBN connection with a good price Wifi signal can roughly cover a 3-4 bedroom apartment but suffers from interference from stronger signal router Use with care, centralised location at home and the router won't give any issue Set-up is very easy, instruction included in the box Show details
Great Product – It is an amazing product with a reasonable price tag. It signal strength is strong in a one bedroom apartment. The device is easy to setup and configure. Also, this device is compatible to use with the NBN service. The range and speed may be an issue in larger premises. Show details
Very good – I live in a relatively large house and was told that I needed something additional so the internet could reach upstairs. However, I didn’t end up needing it and the internet works fine anywhere in the house. It was also easy to setup. I’ve had the modem for a few months and have never experienced any dropouts. Easy to set-up, works straight out of the box – I purchased this, for $89.95, for my ADSL 2+ internet service when my Belkin modem stopped working. It was so easy to set-up and worked flawlessly in minutes. It has 4 Ethernet ports, a USB 2.0 port and an RJ11 telephone port. The only drawback is it lacks dual-band Wi-Fi capability. Overall, it's quite a reliable and user-friendly modem/router for the average home internet user on a budget. Show details
