Bought the Nudge Bar for the MR Triton. Arrived reasonable promptly and after originally being told it was available - they found stock and it was sent and arrived in good time. Company states that it comes iwth fitting instructions - on opening no instructions provided - looked on web site told to contact customer service - I did still waiting.
Went to fit the nudge bar and the brackets provided are incorrect and do not fit. Contacted customer service still awaiting an answer.
All I wnat is new brackets that actually fit my vehicle.

ordered a bonnet protector and paid the extra for remote shipping after a month of no product or contact had to chase up and was told they couldn't ship to my location which obviously is a lie would not recommend this company
Shocking customer service! I purchased a platform and backbone system! The shipping was punctual. installation, however I was sent an installation guide for a completely different product and when I replied to be sent the correct pdf, I was told to simply ‘Need to remove the side rails on the car, and use original factory holes to secure the brackets on. And then just mount the rack on the brackets.’ After further enquiries to just be provided with the proper installation instructions, I was sent a quick 30second reel of a ‘similar’ product by the customer service officer and told it’s ’basically the same as the pdf version’… like why not just send the pdf I asked for then? After this, I had a mechanic assist me in installing the product and after the fact of politely emailing my dissatisfaction with the customer service experience I was finally sent a simple installation guide and told ‘thanks for your patience’ when in no other email previously did the customer service officer mention or intend a pdf would be sent. All I can say is, save yourself the hassle and purchase a product from a reliable company such as rhino rack that provide sufficient support materials for their products.
Slow to send out products. Still waiting for second part missed from order to turn up (1st ordered 5/10 )Had to follow up numerous time of where my order was. Promised express delivery of the item not sent item, and still waiting , express sent out 20/10 now 12/11. Maybe they need to change there couriers the parcel went from Victoria to Queensland to Tasmania .very disappointed won't be ordering from them again .
The AD photos and description indicates item is textured but what was sent to me was smooth. Not what I wanted at all. Delivery time was also long, took 15 days in total.

issue with anything you have purchased, then your more or less on your own. If you use their website contact form they do not reply to it at all. I contacted them three times about shipping problems before I got an email reply, and the reply that I got was no help at all, just the usual generic gibberish.
I'm lucky because my purchase turned out OK in the long run, but when you have paid them $2,500.00 & you then get no replies to your questions for help, it can get very nerve-racking waiting for you goods to arrive..
Buy with PayPal & you should be OK.
Also, ask them can you choose your own Freight company because the company they used with my delivery was pretty bad, they left my delivery sitting in the Depot for three days & it has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long while.. If they used a decent freight company I would have given them 4 stars
Follow-up · Features: Its light, well made & fits well. It has a vent, LED reverse lights, a high mount brake light and it is solid.
