Shocking Service – Very disappointed. 8 x 5 heavy duty. Lots of wink, wink, nudge by employees when I went to pick up. I ordered months in advance. Trailer not ready. Came out filthy. Wheels looked second hand and wheel nuts looked like they were hammered on. Paint was still wet. Had it just over a month now and haven't used it yet. Rust everywhere. Jockey wheel broke. Not happy. Dangerous trailers – Brake lines weren't installed correctly, no flare and it separated from the 3-way/tee. Tee not secured to trailer and bouncing around. Flexible brake line was welded to the body of the trailer. Brown brake fluid, no grease in the neck of the trailer for brakes to work. Paint peels off and welds are rubbish. Rang for assistance. "excessive hit to trailer" caused the brake line to snap. No damage to the underbody to support their argument. Asked for them to review and proof from the pictures to support their statement. Have been ignored. Buy a trailer from else where. I purchase a 10 x 6 dual axle.

Awesome trailer and service – Bought a 10 x 5 trailer from Tristan and the team last week - communications easy and helpful throughout. No deposit needed - I drove from Wagga to pick it up - arriving just before dark - they made sure I was safe to go,talked me through the set up and even sorted out the permit to travel for me as it will be registered in NSW.
