Outstanding Customer Service – After shopping around online, I finally found a pair of Skullcandy Kid Robot Mix Master edition headphones located in Australia. After receiving the package I was disappointed to find the original pair of headphones and not the Kid Robot edition. After having many previous bad experiences with purchasing goods online and being jerked around, I was getting ready for a long negotiation period. The next day the problem was resolved, I was contacted by [name removed] who apologized for sending the wrong type and was more than willing to pay for the postage costs back to replace them, or offer me a partial refund to match a competitors price. I was also sent some discounts on other items. Overall, very impressed with service and will recommend to friends and family.

Oh, and the headphones are great too. :) Look amazing, comfortable The bass isn't as amazing as some of their other products. Also wish it came with an adapter for flying.
