found a replacement nut at Penrith that he got his son to deliver to Moorebank! I could not be happier by the service and the genuine concern shown by the employees at Trooper Lu’s. After recommending Lu’s to two of my friends for bike service they have also commented how friendly, efficient and reasonably priced experience was.

Mistakenly I took my bike here for repairs they're right up there with the worst bike shops I've had the displeasure dealing with, their communication is absolutely horrible and their work ethics and customer service is terrible...!!!

would be 2-3 weeks. It’s been a hell of a lot longer than 3 weeks. In fact it’s been more than 3 and a half months. How about just refund my money, particularly as I bought 2 globes elsewhere for $5 each about 2 months ago.

Trooper Lu's Garage is great for Genuine Bike Parts – I searched for a genuine part for my Yamaha XVS650A Classic V-Star and found Yamaha useless and a lot didn't stock the part I needed. Trooper Lu's website is awesome with all the detail you need to locate the part and number. Great value, great service, shipping and received in good condition. My one stop shop from now on.

Great service for new riders! – Walked in looking to buy a bike. Nathan who sold the bike to me was very friendly and overall a awesome guy and got me the bike I’ve always wanted. Upstairs Greg and trinity were very helpful showing me what I’d need and explaining to me the difference between all the gear they have. New or experience these people will be able to help you no matter what you’re after!

Excellent Parts Service – The parts department at Trooper Lu's go above and beyond expectation , I had parts that were on back order from Yamaha , the team did multiple deliveries as the part were made available at no extra cost to ensure that I could keep the job moving, Keep up the good work!

Tyre change over – On the monday 9th November 2020 I ordered front and rear angel. Tyres came and they fitted to the rims

Worst garage – One of the worst places I have ever been to , they charged me $600 for a Service, then my Polaris broke down after it because they put to much oil, charged me $250 to repair and then broke down again , after that they told me to try another place , this place is hopeless!! Would not recommend for Polaris quads, they also damaged my quad while it was there and took over 7 days to get my quad back

Fantastic service – Bought all my motorcycle accessories here.. Great and reasonable prices.. Staff are fantastic in retail and garage. Great service.. Been to other accessory shops,TL's are excellent..this is my one stop shop for my R3
