All scam. Nothing is ever available and the listing's are FAKE! I know this because the unit I'm living in was on the site. It said it wasn't available but had been rented out 12 months ago. Total nonsense because I have been a tenant there for 25 and a half years. It wasn't the only unit on my property listed either.

Bad bad annoying company, bad for the seller and worse if you are looking for a house. They have made the emails so much hassle to stop receiving them. What a way to piss people off, companies like this ruin on line marketing for everyone. You won't want to look for a house after getting hassled by this place.
I want to put Trovit on hold – I wanted to be off Trovit, to take a break until my bond gets bigger. I thought it was rude to look at the rentals and I wasn’t going to be able to look at any. I’m sure I can put a hold off on being online
Spam and outdated information – Agents here for advertised properties are not contractable through trovit? Irrelevant information as listings are not current . Lists agent contact or real estate contact but then provides false conactee information. Fraudulent misleading deceptive fake listings by Trovit – We placed an advertisement with a so called reputable real estate agents named stone real estate in mornington pennusila victoria. the owners, and placed it in Trovit fake, scamming website for 26 days destroying the rental campaign for the entire 26 days from 19 december 2022, to 13 january 2023. The house was listed "As a shed" by trovit, and stones real estate agents did not pay any attention either. The agent stone real estate told the customer, after 2 open homes, to reduce the asking price by $30.00 per week. Trovit are frauds, desperate cons, as they steel, rob property advertisements and place them on Trovit distressed site which is a con deceptive portal, sabotaging property ads robbery data with nil approval.
We wrote formal legal letters to Trovit, asking these clowns to remove the advertisements, as it was a scam, reducing our rent fees by $500.00. We reported the frauds, the scam to stones real estate over 6 emails and 8 letters about the frauds at Trovit. We sent legal letters giving Trovit a final warning prior to been sued for data theft deceptive misleading conduct.
This fraudulent misleading information unapproved was used by Trovit and stone real estate, was a form of misleading scamming conduct, as all the data is stolen by Trovit, and used without consent. The lazy incompetent agents at stone real estate agents mornington pennusila, were asleep at the wheel and had zero interest.
For 26 days these frauds, inapt thives used our data on this low standard fake website, "Calling it a distressed propery a shed" and had a phone of the tin garage door as the best photo, sabotaging the ad campaign. The agents stones real estate did not notify the owner at anytime, did not correct it, did not notice it, even though stone real estate agents faces were on this fake misleading fraud website for 23 days sabotaging the campaign totally and was delabrate.
Currently we are seeking legal advice to sue Trovit and the real estate agents responsible for this deliberate slander and defaming the property for 26 days. Do not use Trovit as its a frauds property website...
The matter has been reported to the oaic proceeding with a formal investigation.
All fake ads – All ads are fake. Do not trust travoit. I have enquired to multiple ads and not had 1 response. Some of the ads had a company's logo so I contacted them direct and they say the ad is faulse.
Trovit Homes makes it impossible to delete – I was looking for property and subscribed to a site called trovit homes. Do not make this mistake. Once trovit homes has your email address they make it near impossible for you to cancel your subscription. I don’t know why they bother to do this because you feel so angry with them that you simply trash all their emails. I suppose they abuse your email details. Don’t get caught out like I did.
