Tula Free-to-Grow Baby Carrier

I have to say I hate this carrier. I really wanted to love it and I really tried but I've given up. It's just too difficult. I had a video fit check with a lady who was very lovely but it only improved things a little. There's just so many things you have to get exactly right otherwise your back hurts or it cuts off circulation to baby's legs etc etc. And having a postpartum body with a big belly pouch it's very difficult to get the waistband exactly parallel, especially when you can't adjust it while you're wearing it. It squishes my saggy, breastfeeding breasts down to almost baby's knees which means I can't lift her knees up at all, and the outer seam is extremely tight behind her knees in every position of the snaps underneath her. It seems like there's nowhere for baby's arms to go either. All in all just a huge pain. Pretty upset I spent so much on it.
Purchased in for $269.
A LIFESAVER! – Completely loving this carrier for my 3 week old! I recently bought an Ergobaby Sport, because well, everyone raves on about Ergo. Anyway, I hate the thing. I could NOT clip the backstrap on, for the life of me! I simply can not reach it, no matter the amount of adjusting I made. I can’t get it on without someone else clipping it on at the back for me, which kinda defeats it’s purpose. I got fed up, told the Husband he can use it instead - IF he wants to - but that I was going to buy a Tula, lol. I did and it arrived only 3 days later. The instruction booklet and Youtube videos were so helpful and easy to understand. The straps are easy to adjust and the back clip was EASILY REACHABLE! My baby loves to be in there. She just sleeps non stop. Thank you, Tula, for the best baby carrier ever! I’ve had a few different ones now and this one is by far the best.
Purchased in at Carry Them Close for $159.
Comfortable and easy – I have used the Tula for both my kids abs it’s so easy to use. Fast to put on and take off, folds small. Very easy to wash and keep clean. The colours and patterns are lots of fun too
Purchased in at The Sleep Store.
Love this... Cant live this great carrier – After trying out this gorgeous wrap at our local distributor we immediately fell in love with this wrap. Lightweight, colourful and easy to use. Perfect for busy parents. Most of all its easy as using a backpack. I am a big fan of the new free to grow. you can use one wrap for very long time. No need to get another and another as the baby grows.
If you're in the local area in Bayswater Victoria, You can try this wrap at the local distributor's showroom, Tiny Tots Baby Store.
It is always better to try before committing.
Fantastic! – I love my new TULA Free-to-Grow. As a mother of four and now a Nana of several I have had many, many carriers over the years and not having to use an insert with a newborn great. The Free-to-Grow carrier is really clever in it's design and so easy to adjust for a growing baby or to swap between ages. I missed the forward facing position a bit but it has encouraged me to learn to use it with bub on my back, and it turns out once you get the hang of it it is easy. (A hint to breast feeding mums ... when you first use the Free-to-Grow use it AFTER feeding so bub has a full tummy of milk and is happy. When you put him on you don't want him to think he is going to be fed, and just use it for a really short time several times a day to get you both used to it. You will both learn to enjoy it quite soon.) Thanks for a great carrier TULA.
