I searched for a long time for the right carrier. This was the best out there, with the high load capacity and carry positions extending the life of the carrier past most others. Tha ability to put it on without assistance is also a huge plus. I've been using with with my 10 day old using the newborn insert and she falls asleep in seconds and stays asleep which is amazing!! carrier provided her with much more stability and support, and gave me the confidence to wear her doing chores around the house and on walks. Love that you can use it straight from a newborn. Extremely comfortable, even without the extra shoulder padding provided. After watching Redsbaby YouTube video on how to use I found putting my daughter in the carrier was simple, and liked that they had different options on how to take it on and off so that you can find what works best for you. Also one of the only carriers I've seen that allows both myself (175cm, 65kg) and my over 6ft 115kg fiancee to use with ease! Definitely recommend to anyone.

carrier overly tight so as to lift the baby up. This makes baby and wearer uncomfortable and potentially dangerous for the baby. This also caused rubbing / chaffing on our babies legs.
Even with the newborn straddle, our baby when a month or two old, would sit far to low. We've tried it again to give the carrier a second chance now she's 6 months old but it's just awkward and she has part of her face covered by the carrier (facing out).
We really wanted to like this and watched the Redsbaby video multiple times on how to wear it and followed that exactly. But even now with our baby at 6 months, the carrier seems more comfortable for the wearer but definitely not for baby and the cover of part of her face while carrying is too much of a concern to continue using this.
We've just purchased a different brand of carrier secondhand and it's so much easier to wear and our baby looks so much more comfortable and safely held.

husband who doesn't have a great back) - we have done multiple hikes with it & it continues to feel comfortable hours in - great newborn features - esp the adjustable neck support for bub - love the layers on the main body - useful for different seasons (and also can sneakily tuck a muslin wrap in there between the layers which is always helpful!) - pocket included has meant we can put keys/cards in, saves us from having to carry a bag - easy to put on/off - had many days where I was alone (husband at work) and easily took it on/off without any assistance - big improvement on other carriers - comfortable - my son loves being in the carrier - he would sleep in it for hours (super handy when young!) and loves doing the foodshop sitting in there, to say hello to everyone and look around - durable materials, easy to clean - stylish design - love the colour (we have the Indigo) - folds up into its small carrier bag, great to throw in a bag for trips away to see family, or in the base of the pram if we want to switch things up

very thorough—there are two inserts, but the video only explains one, and while the carrier can be used both forward-facing and world-facing, the video mainly shows the forward-facing position. Overall, it’s a decent carrier—not the most stylish, but comfortable for both me and the baby.

Poor design – I bought this product about 6 months ago. Don’t waste your money as this is not user friendly at all. Very complicated and hard to adjust. Plus buby is not comfy in it. It has too many laches and strings that are not necessary.
Complicated – Extremely complicated to use. Bought this carrier as part of a pram/carrier bundle. We have had this carrier for 6 months now and while the fabrics used are of satisfactory quality, we’ve had huge issues with the ergonomics of it. person alone. The straps always seem to twist and never seem to sit comfortably on our body. Not to mention all the buckles and clips!!! We’ve also referred to all the online instructions available to us and none seem to help.
Love our Nuvo, absolutely detest this carrier, and it’s no wonder we hardly see anyone wear these in public (compared to RB prams, where it seems every second person has one).

for my bub and I, he always falls asleep when he’s in it. I wear it around the house also as he is a clingy baby. The other fantastic thing is that my wife is tall (6 foot) and also wears it comfortably for her and bub. Bonus we don’t need to buy two different ones. Being able to roll down the front layers and pack away in the zip is brilliant. Super comfortable and the best one I have tried. The video on the website was really helpful. I was a little hesitant to buy it as I had tried so many and I couldn’t try this one on, was happy to hear I could get a refund if I wasn’t happy. So so happy I decided to buy it. Highly recommend you give it a go!
Just got our RedsBaby carrier and I’m obsessed. It’s light, comfy, and fits way better than other carriers we’ve tried. The weather layers are so easy to adjust, which is super handy with Aussie temperature swings. The back and shoulder support is honestly amazing too — makes a huge difference on long walks. The newborn insert is a bit tricky to get the baby in and out of, particularly without the help of another person. Our carrier did have a fault in the stitching, but the company sent us a replacement as soon as we submitted a warranty claim.
