Poor quality – Read the reviews and thought great to try and the worst meat we’ve ever had. Lamb was so tough it was inedible and the scotch was full of fat and the sausages were dry and tasteless. Don’t waste your money

Tastless dog meat – Heard great review on 2go. They must be getting paid because everything I bought was tasteless and chewy.

Great local butcher! – We do a weekly shop at Tumbi Meats and cannot fault. The butchers are friendly, happy to cut the meat as requested or order meat in and the counter staff are always lovely. Meat is always fresh and sometimes they have some really good specials.

Great products.... much better than the other bulk butcher on the Coast – Quit a few of our weekly family favourites come from Tumbi Meats - Love the hamburger patty especially the chicken ones, a good variety of different sausages, the Chicken shnitty is great - and have always been happy with their pork products like roasts and ribs.... panic buying at the start of COVID and walked out with one bag of meat and a $300 lighter wallet. To be fair; I put this down to 3 factors; they only had premium cuts of everything left, there was already signs in the general market that higher prices had been levied by suppliers and they were passing on these, and finally a degree of gouging that was very disappointing to see... (interesting that there was many people from Sydney in the shop when all this was going down... ) I have never experienced any rude staff, they all seem to look like they have lots to do in between serving customers.. having said that I have never really asked for anything different from how the meat is packaged to sell (I might try that today, just to see how it goes...) Anyway - IMHO they are certainly not a 1 star - so I felt compelled to pump up their rating a bit as business like this need local support to keep going - or we will all only be able to get meat from Coles and Woolies.... and that would be a shame !!!

Grumpy staff – Bought bulk meat and they were very rude when I asked them to be sliced..lots of unuseful comments about why I even want my meat sliced..the cashier was grumpily scanning my purchase as if I am causing much grief! what did I do except buy 400 dollars worth meat, to deserve such treatment? In all this I said nothing as I was so shocked?

Not worth rating after the Coronavirus scare – You should be ashamed of yourselves after you are preying on a global crisis to make a fast dollar. I am disgusted with your greed. I have shopped since 2000 but I will not be back. How are the poor people going to afford $22 for sausages. You greedy

Years of dodgy product – Packaged corned beef that smells (and is off) when you unwrap it, prawns that are pumped full of gel to enlarge them and add weight, gourmet sausages they have forgotten to flavour, pre-packaged chicken where the flavour powder hasn't been dissolved, some staff attitude and management disinterest... this place has it all.
