SO HAPPY! – Carlie & team were amazing! Garden makeover was a huge job, extra crew turned up to assist and it was obvious they were a team & worked well together. We initially thought they were family, but no, just happy employees! Nothing was too much trouble. We even got more than we asked for as Carlie saw better ways to improve the makeover. We were blown away at how hard they all worked, the team finally left at 17.30 after a thorough clean-up. We are so pleased with the end result and would highly recommend this company. Disappointed – Initial contact was positive and the person who provided the quote appeared to know what we wanted given that we are aged and not experienced in this area.The finished job is underwhelming in that in an area of 5m x 1.9m two off cuts of artificial lawn were used rather than one strip in a reasonably small area , if off cuts were to be used this should be disclosed at the outset and it is then up to the clients to consider the cost differential.The wrong two roses were planted, error acknowledged and agreed to fix however original quote was $70 supply and plant two roses to fix we supply roses and $100 plus GST to plant two roses.50 mm of top soil was to be removed and good soil to be installed in gardens x2 didn’t happen.Just check your quote to make sure you are getting what was discussed.
