Great service and professionalism. Delivered and installed before expected. Highly recommend – Excellent service, product and trustworthy tradesmen, cannot fault our experience with this company. Highly recommend Tweed Coast security and blinds on making your home a safer place as they did ours!

Prompt to the times they promised and really efficient – I have had these guys to my house 3 times , twice to install blinds - 5 blinds in all - then once to help me sort a problem - which they did immediately and it was easy - just a bit of sea air corroding my outside runner. I would recommend them without hesitation anytime. Show details

Dreadful! – We ordered a security door and was told 3 weeks until installation, it took 5 weeks and another 2 after that because the door didn’t fit and it was measured incorrectly, total 7 weeks. that was making the screens that were behind. I called again a few weeks later and was told why don’t I call the company myself. So I did that and I was told that they were waiting on Tweed Coast Blinds to confirm with them what type of mesh was needed so they could go to production, this was finalised when the guy came to quote!!!$ (also that this company was not doing business with them anymore) I also had by chance got the company making the screen doors to quote. But due to boarder closure he was booked a month away and I totally forgot until he turned up. By then I have paid a large deposit and order through Tweed Coast and Blinds. Unfortunalty for me the company that were making the screens were several hundred dollars cheaper AND the guy totally disagreed with the original Tweed Coast Blind guy who quoted how they should be installed. So thankful that the other company came in a twist of fate as what Tweed Coast were suggesting was the tracking be drilled into my new floor boards!! Once everything was completed it took them less the a day to send the outstanding bill though. I was also told when I suggested the whole experience was not professional “well what do you want me to do about it” I think that says it all really about this company. Cash grab. Don’t worry about your customer.

the male who came to measure up. On the agreed installation date, three men (one older, two younger) turned up an hour earlier than advised. Only the youngest of the three appeared cordial, the elder man (who turned out to be the owner of the business, [Name Removed]) and the other younger man apparently had had some disagreement by their attitude. As I had to leave my wife to deal with the installation, she had to put up with three hours of the elder man's surly attitude and disparaging comments (eg: to the youngest man, who turned out is his son, "..Is she happy NOW!" after my wife had pointed out paint damage on a hinge and a loose blind cord). It was also made apparent to my wife that the elder man was in a hurry to finish and get to another job. I arrived home shortly after they had left and witnessed drilled plaster mess on each of three window frames and floors as well as metal shavings from the security doors both inside and outside the work areas. Despite my wife trying to make the situation more pleasant by providing iced water and toilet facilities for them, she was most upset by the rudeness of the elder man (owner), in particular. She called their office the next workday and complained. It is now ten days later and no response. I hope we do not have any ongoing installation issues as it would be most uncomfortable dealing with them again.

Install riddles with mistakes, fails and unacceptable after sales phone support – Purchased supply and install for security screens and window awnings. Installation has been shocking and have had them back multiple times to fix rushed install that is faulting. Have heard the installation guy rushing the job say to his offsides who cares we’ll come back on warranty (reference to not installing screens and bug guard correctly).… Read more

Listened to the young installer pull the old guy up multiple times on not doing things properly ( yep they were fighting)Waited two weeks for rectification of their faults to be rung on the day from the office lady to be told they will be coming the following week ( no after sales support as they got paid already therefore not a priority). Not even a month later the front screen screams metal on metal and shaving fall out as the guard wasn’t attached properly. Received a Christmas letter from owner saying he relies on word of mouth so I rang again to lodge formal complaint regarding installer, screen and the last awning that was installed was flapping as not taunt properly. Told the owner isn’t available but took notes and install manager or office lady (Hayley) would ring back. Waited 2 days and heard nothing. Rang back and Hayley proceeds to tell me there’s nothing they can do as it’s in a queue and she doesn’t understand why I (the customer) is getting revved up over a door. She also proceeded to tell me there’s more important things in the world to worry about and someone will ring me when they can as they are out doing other installations and not coming to us as it’s not a priority. No interest in fixing an entry door that won’t open without scratching paint and screeching metal. Oh, and I was hung up on. Also rang the rep who measured up and heard nothing back. I would stay clear of this place.

we feel very safe since installing the door – We had a problem with our framework for the fitting of the door and this company went out of their way to solve the problem, which they did. Easy to deal with, very professional, fully installed the door for us Looks very good, is a good quality security door Would definitely use them again Has 3 security locking pins
