Tyre Pro

Of course it was at 4.30 on a Friday before a public holiday that my tyre lost all pressure from a pothole. Called my usual place (who are also great) - they didn't have the tyre I needed in and referred me to TyrePro nearby. Called, and they were packing up to close for the weekend, however they had the tyre I was told I needed. Said if I get to them within 10 minutes (I was only around the corner) they would do it before they shut.
Got there only for them to find out I had been wrongly advised of the tyre type and they didn't have that in....

Make sure you check all the details before accepting any services. For instance, when there is a 'special' on, check that the proposed supplier is included. Tyrepro misled me in thinking that I could receive a cashback from Michelin after purchasing 4 Michelins, but, they neglected to tell me that they were not included in the participating dealers!
Also, if you car does not need a wheel alignment, state exactly that this is to be omitted, otherwise you are whacked with another bill.
So, after I was told they would "match the price" of Jax Tyres for the same tyres, I am $100 worse off.
