Saved me 15 minutes before a public holiday weekend – Of course it was at 4.30 on a Friday before a public holiday that my tyre lost all pressure from a pothole. Called my usual place (who are also great) - they didn't have the tyre I needed in and referred me to TyrePro nearby. Called, and they were packing up to close for the weekend, however they had the tyre I was told I needed. Said if I get to them within 10 minutes (I was only around the corner) they would do it before they shut. Got there only for them to find out I had been wrongly advised of the tyre type and they didn't have that in. So they got on the phone (to my usual place) - found a tyre, went and picked it up while others from their terrific team prepped the car for the arrival of the tyre. All done and dusted in 15 minutes as they all helped out. Paul and the team could not have been more helpful or more kind, when I am sure all they really wanted to do was finish up and start a well deserved 3 days off! Thank you :-)

Get everything in writing and be absolutely clear – Make sure you check all the details before accepting any services. For instance, when there is a 'special' on, check that the proposed supplier is included. Tyrepro misled me in thinking that I could receive a cashback from Michelin after purchasing 4 Michelins, but, they neglected to tell me that they were not included in the participating dealers!

Also, if you car does not need a wheel alignment, state exactly that this is to be omitted, otherwise you are whacked with another bill.

So, after I was told they would "match the price" of Jax Tyres for the same tyres, I am $100 worse off.
