Horrible
Would never recommend these guys to anyone! We put a $1000 deposit down for tyres, rims, lift kit & a few other things for our ranger. Told them we would come back in a few months to get it done. Was told no dramas. Afterwards we changed our mind on what we wanted done & called to discuss. We were told no chance of changing as they had already ordered and received parts for us. We had no option but to stick with what we originally ordered. A few months later our house burnt down & we lost everything. We couldn't afford the extra $6k for a while...
Read more so decided to wait. Once we got back on our feet we contacted tyres now to book in to get it all done. We were told as it had been 12 months since the invoice that they would not honour the $1000 deposit & would not refund our money. We explained our situation & how we had lost everything & they did not budge. No compassion & honestly plain & simply they robbed us. What an absolute joke! Will be telling everyone we know about this nasty company. Tried to make a review on Facebook but they don't have the option.... wonder why that is?

Ahhh YES!! Bonus points for TyresNow going beyond their services! 2 of my tyres blew out on Cooper Street Somerton with no one in sight a quick search for local tyre shops directed me to TyresNow a quick call and within 15 minutes they had someone fitting new tyres to my car on the side of the road!
Couldn't have been any luckier.
