my call was immediately defensive and aggressive as soon as she realised I was after a service call.

My estimate of the repair time would be under an hour however the URU Stone response was one of total disinterest in standing by their product.

Its a pity because the repair is relatively simple and now the company has created an upset customer.

I would not recommend this company, there are cheaper and better around.

Stay clear.
