Fantastic service great repair – I had been having problems with my 1971 Toyota crown steering pump [leaking and wining and morning sickness]. I have had the pump reconditioned by 3 previous companies all to come back with one or two of the existing issues. In despair I rung ultimate they were very informative and friendly, I sent my steering pump to them ,they contacted me with a diagnosis and cost. The pump was repaired and returned in 2 days, after re fitting I am very pleased to report all works very well. I am extremely happy with the repair and service.

Great service – My BA Ford had a fluid leak from the power steering hose. Apparently, its a very common fault. After searching the net, I came across this Company (Ultimate Power Steering), who supply a modified hose to overcome the known problem of O ring leakage. I emailed them and they responded next workday. I paid over the phone and the part was despatched that day. I received it 2 days later. (Not bad time from Queensland to Perth.) It was delivered to my front door. The online service support showed how to correctly fit the hose. I was very impresed with the fast delivery and assistance. A few months later, it appeared that the hose may have had a slow leak at one of the joints. Without hesitation, Ultimate sent a replacement. When we went to fit the new hose, my mechanic found that it wasnt the hose, it was actually a leak from somewhere else dripping down. I sent the new hose back in a return delivery satchel they supplied. Great service Guys and great price too. Much appreciated. Fast service, well designed "modified" part that wont leak like the original was notorious for.
