Unibic Sponge Fingers Questions & Answers
Where can I buy them.? I’ve been to a couple of local stores with no success.
Agreed. It's a shame these biscuits are no longer made. Other brands simply nowhere as good.
Are Unibic Sponge Finger Biscuits still available in Adelaide ?
Bring back Unibic Sponge Sweet Finger Biscuits 250g why on earth would they get rid them Tiramisu will never be the same
Please please please bring them back
Why have they been discontinued?!!!! Are the supermarkets not willing to stock them? is that why they are no longer being made? Cane Coles and Woolworths buy the inferior imported ones for much cheaper?
Unibic went bust. They closed down.
The company was sold and they decided in their wisdom to discontinue the Italian products.
Why did you get rid of the sponge fingers? They were absolutely amazing. The Tiramisu in my family is a sacred treasure, and using another brand for tiramisu is like a great unholy sin. Using any other brand results in over soggy tiramisus that fall apart.
I also am disappointed that Unibic sponge finger biscuits are no longer available in major supermarkets. They are the right shape and size for making tiramisu. The new sponge biscuits that are available in supermarkets are too small and thin. Where can I purchase them or can they be purchased online?
Sunday 24/11/2019. I'm so disappointed that Unibic sponge fingers are no longer sold in Coles. The 500g pack was suitable for tiramisu in a square tin. I went to a local Deli and they also said they will no longer be stocking the 250g and 500g Unibic sponge fingers, Coles and Woolworths are now stocking DiLeo, the taste is nowhere near as good as Unibic. I live in the south-west of Sydney.
