Not a good monitor – For perspective, we have used an Oricom monitor for nearly 4 years, which is still going strong. We bought this less expensive monitor for my toddler's room. itself for a bit - and it's not a subtle beep - it's a loud, jarring beep, happening for seemingly no reason. It woke us up a few times through the night. In my opinion it's worth paying the extra dollars to get something that works properly.
