Uniden DECT 1515

Okay but not brilliant – I bought these because I HAD to have NBN connected making the landline sockets and phones in the house completely redundant so I needed something that connected to the NBN modem and had multiple handsets. The phone has no answering machine function on the main base station so therefore I had to buy yet another phone with an answering built into the base and had to piggy back them onto one another - not impressed.

Clarity of the phone is mediocre as well as being super slow to dial and redial function is even slower.

Basically it does a job and nothing more or nothing less.

Mine were an Ebay purchase and were inexpensive ($50.00 + $20.00 postage so someone got a negative feedback for postage ripoff) as they were discontinued so I guess I got what I paid for.

To me a dud. Earpiece sound distorts at higher volumes – Good features etc, but my old Uniden had better sound quality. When the volume was above half, the distortion was annoying enough for me to exchange it for a Telstra 12500 for a similar price (which has considerably better sound on the earpiece and the loudspeaker). Unless mine was an exception, I think Uniden has cheaped out on the speakers with this model (and some other models, going by reviews).

If you only use it at low to average volumes, it might be fine, but keep the packaging. 9 days after buying it I realised it wasn't good enough for me and exchanged it.

Uniden Phones – I brought this product as a gift, to my knowledge the product works well- except if she tries to go outside, the reception "fades" in and out. However, it could be the "area" she lives in and not the phones... as she thanks me every time she calls! Well worth the money! Cheaper than others, well known brand, easy to use

excellent quality – high quality clear reception,long range,reliable and easy to use cordless phones,sound great and up to date 6.0ghz for that distance calling without dropping out,worth buying these cordless phones,wont be dissapointed,recommended to all,value for money.wont be dissappointed,but a set and try them out,the screen display is crystal clear and easy to read,the battery life is good and if you ever required parts to replace on these phones,they are easy to find and not expensive to buy,not that you would ever need to with such a reliable set,love em excellent quality of calls,and reception is clear no answering machine,but who cares for answering machines anyway
