Good in most ways except – I have had this phone for some time now and until recently had no problems at all. the way people speak, do they have poor diction?...... or is the message part of the phone just worn out.

Bad – nice looking phone but it's no good having something that looks good,running a business it can be a costly purchase. bought the phone to update from our old uniden set but it won't hold the volume on the answering machine.this is our second one & still the same thing is happening ,plug the old one in and its fine.If you have a business don't buy… Read more

this phone because you will lose alot of customers just like us. the answering machine only works for a couple of calls.Uniden basically didn't want to know about it.

Waste of money – Nothing works properly. The extended range is LESS than their old phones. It starts to crackle at my back door. No more than 20 meters(max) from the base. There is no speed dial, the loudspeaker button is tiny and right next to the hang up button, so you usually disconnect calls when trying to use the loudspeaker. the ringer volume (turned up)can't be heard over the vacuum cleaner. You can no longer record a conversation with the phone. I would not recommend it. I am sure there are better phones on the market. Customer help was waste of time, when I contacted them to complain about the range, it took 3 days to get a reply and then it was " Every unit works differently in different environments". Bit of a fob off! I am not happy with the phone and surely would not recommend it to anyone.

Excellent – We bought the package with the base plus 3 handsets and I submersible/waterproof phone. Haven't tried the waterproof one yet - that will have to be a wait and see. The set up was easy and not having to plug them all into a Telstra socket was an added bonus for us. submerse in water, no static type noise, extremely easy to set up not compatible with other uniden models, can not put on the wall without it looking out of place

Bad – Good Phone and features for example base unit and handset all good features But almost silent Ring, and this can only be adjusted to a small degree Phone is great, but I am returning to store Can hardly hear when phone rings, terrific phone but if you cannot hear it ring it is not a lot of use. Uniden said its OK to return phone to change it within 10 days. As the ring tone cannot be set any higher.
