Absolutely filthy – The room I booked was dirty nothing had been cleaned I had to request it. The room was filled with the last owners things. Things like alcohol and food. Please do not book rooms through them.

They even would prevent people from getting adequate medical help by spreading disinformation – Passively agreesive SR spreads misinformation, fake mandates and prevent me from getting enough medical help about COVID. In addition, other SRs even expelled me from the chat group when I pointed this out.

UniLodge in St Lucia is reserved for Chinese students only – An exclusive housing unit for Chinese students. The property manager refuses to rent to Australian students.

Very Poor Service – Wamburun after 6 weeks still has not responded to emails, has not returned phone calls after leaving repeated messages and even when trying to contact them through their web enquiry form they have not responded. Repeated mistakes with access cards and sadly their welfare system is more about a paper tail than trying to look after the residents. Unilodge has been given prime assets with little or no oversite or independent complaint mechanisms

Terrible Service – Like many international students willing to find budget-friendly accommodation, I chose Unilodge. As I was having serious trouble with my flatmates, I wanted to break the lease and move out. that they are running some shady business, trying to attract new students with their low prices on share houses but their rooms are actually a rooming house and try to trap the students hiding that fact.

Love it here! – I have lived at UniLodge South Bank for over a year and I really have enjoyed my time! Their rooms are very nice and their common areas are so good! They also have a really good events program and I really enjoy going and getting to know people! Their staff are really nice and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them! Definitely would recommend and I will absolutely be renewing my lease with them!
