The app performs reliably, and the grocery list feature is genuinely helpful. However, considering the subscription cost, I expected a broader range of features. When compared to similar apps, it feels somewhat limited in both variety and personalization options.

charged 8,99AUD for the 7 day trial, I was also charged 89AUD FOR A FULL YEAR’S SUBSCRIPTION WHICH I WAS NOT OFFERED, AND WHICH I CERTAINLY DID NOT CONSENT TO! I actually emailed them right away but was told that they would review it within 24 hours! BUT THEY COULD GIVE ME A 3 month access instead, with the 7 day trial, but didn’t give a decision on my refund for the larger amount of money that was STOLEN from my account! I kept going back and forth asking for clarification of when I can receive information regarding my refund, and from the responses, much like other disgruntled and infuriatied consumers who also got their money stolen from them, the responses seem autogenerated! I’m beyond livid about this and feel helpless! Please do not buy any plan, do not download the app. I have had to block my card and have it changed coz I can see from other consumers that this merchant will come back for more!!!

This company is dishonest. I paid for a discounted 30 day period. They then made me pay another lot of money for a coach I said no to. I tried to get a refund bit it was refused. I do not have any faith in this company at all if the have to do things like this to get paid. I deleted the app. I want nothing more to do with an unethical business
