Decietful, untrustworthy and dishonest – The only reason they get one star is because you cannot give them a zero, I cancelled an order that I did not make, contacted them about this and they shipped out the item well after I asked for a cancellation. This company is not in the United States, they sell out of Singapore and the products get shipped from China. I wish I could put up a screenshot of the address. I did a Google Earth search for the address in Boulder, Colorado and there is no US Carseats shop at the address given. Somehow they used an app called Shop Pay (which had no permission to access my credit card) to make a purchase I did not authorize. I have since blocked the app and had to cancel the card. Do not under any circumstance use or trust these fraudsters. I have left some photos and a copy of the transcript of my conversations with them. I implore everyone to avoid this website for your own sake.
**BEWARE - RIP OFF** – Sent the wrong mound floor mats, asked to send back then told bad luck no refund, lost nearly $200 au Won’t admit fault, stretch things out with no answers and no refunds, Absolute rip off merchants I would never use OS companies again
Don't deliver items and won't admit they are wrong – I bought two sets of floor mats from these 'people'. They sent one set, but not the other, now they refuse to refund or admit they didn't send the full order. Avoid this company like the plague it is.
