The worst used car dealership ever - Madmanmotors Wangara – I identified a car with Autotrader, contacted the dealer and informed them that I would be coming down to look at the vehicle. There was no one there at the front counter to greet me, and when Mick finally showed up he takes me to the vehicle I wanted to see and summarily tells me there was no battery in the car. He then tries to jumpstart the car and is unable to as the alternator was not even working. He mumbles somehing and walks off...offers no apologies or anything when he found out that i came from about 42km away to see the car.Unprofessional and the yard were full of derelict vehicles which I do not think has been looked at for a long time, not to mention the derelict staff and management. I would never ever buy a car from them unless I was desparate.

Purchasing a used car!!!!!! – Q. Where did the saying "Don't trust used carsalesmen " come from? A new car salesman of course!! That statement cannot be further from the truth when dealing with Jovan and Roby at Car Centre Broadmeadow. After going into several car yards where salespeople did not bother to approach us, having to go into their office to request a test drive and then basically being ignored when we wanted to discuss price it was so refreshing to be approached by Jovan at Car Centre Broadmeadow who was friendly, polite ,helpful, knowledgable and yet not pushy. We went for a test drive and purchased our Toyota Corolla. The paperwork and car were ready at the scheduled pick up time and all our requests were completed. But the story doesn't end there. 2 weeks later I had a problem with a warning light coming on and the drivers side door would not open with the auto key. I emailed Jovan, believing that I would not get a response but he phoned me within minutes and organised a well know mechanic to rectify the problems. Jovan and Roby were brilliant , understanding and went way out of their way even after the sale. I would highly recommend anyone considering buying a used vehicle to make their first and last stop at CAR CENTRE BROADMEADOW ! From one very happy customer hoping to help others.

Sold me a ktm then wouldn't give me the roadworthy or transfer of registration papers as I had – I purchased a 2005 ktm 625 after seeing [name removed] video presentation on pineterest. After seeing the online video add I paid for the bike and had it transported to my address which was when I realised things were bad. He didn't fine me the documents - transfer of registration or roadworthy and it cost me close to 3000 dollars to have this bike brought up to roadworthy. The most worrying this was an incorrectly installed main steering head bearing which could have resulted in a catastrophic failure. On the video [name removed] claims to be a university trained mechanical engineer. Which makes that worse. After repeated calls he blocked me and contacted the police claiming I was harassing him. I would not trust this business at all and will never buy anything from them again

I hope to recover the costs in the office of fair trading seeing he wouldn't give me a roadworthy and registration as a licensed motor vehicle dealer.
