Broken down piece of junk with nowhere to repair it – Loved how quiet it was and seemed to clean really well until it broke down within months of buying. I was happy with it untill then and now there is nowhere to take it to be repaired so am left with a piece of junk. Very Unhappy. BIG waste of money  Show details

Useless piece of junk – Useless piece of junk. Used it three time and it breaks itself. It's a very quiet machine, cause it died. Not that great on carpet. Totally useless on hard floors with rugs. Great for hard floors. I had a Robomaid at the time and it is still going strong. Bought the Utmark X500 for a back up.  Show details

Broke down just after 1 year and didn't clean properly anyway – Don't bother with this product. Save your money and buy something that's better built and comes from a company that has a service centre. Mine broke down just after a year and l can't find anywhere that will service it. I went to Godfreys and they said I might as well dump it as there are no parts and it would be worth fixing anyway.

I thought my Robomaid was hard to beat......I was wrong – I am more than happy with this unit, it performs really well, it has different features and frankly, i like it, it does a good job, is relatively quiet and is robust enough to go from carpet to wood, to mats without any problems. If this one dies, I will buy a replacement without hesitation.

Doesn't last long - don't buy – Having had for just 4 months I can't say i'm impressed with this vacuum cleaner. After a full charge it just switches off. It has never done a particular good job of cleaning a very small space tiled floor. I wouldn't recommend buying. There's a lot better robot vacuum cleaners on the market such as the ROOMBA robot vacuum cleaner. Avoid this model and make.

Works well for 12months and then just as warranty expires they break down ! – I bought this on OZSALE and after 12months of use it broke down and of course there is no warranty. I have also bought a x500 ( the previous model by the same manufacturer) and this also broke down after 12months. buying a Roomba as these have a 5 year warranty. Robot vacuum cleaners are great but this brand isn't good quality so steer clear!

This is a great Vac glad I bought one – I bought one on a special, best thing I ever did works so well only fault small dirt catcher and finding more cleaning brushes and filters I live were dry and dusty gets everything.

elderly mum and dad for Xmas. it will save them having to vacuum themselves. Really happy with these purchases. Recommend to everyone to get one. They're that good. East to use, well worth it.

Awful. Does not work – Please don't buy one of these. I wish I'd invested the time I've spent dealing with this incredibly frustrating piece of poorly conceived junk on cleaning my house instead. I love the idea of a robot vacuum cleaner. This isn't one. The customer service is useless - I needed a refund. Bdirect passed the buck to the manufacturer who then fobbed me off with a series of useless emails. Steer clear of Utmark and Bdirect.

Doesn't deliver – I bought the UTmark after years of using a roomba. The roomba are getting very expensive and rarely have.a good sale. I got the UTmark at a good price but I'm not sure it's worth the savings. I have wooden floors with rugs and the UTmark will not go up and down from the rugs to the floor. frustrating as it now means I have to manually vacum the rugs - which defeats the purpose of spending the extra dollars to buy a robot. It's relatively quiet and does an ok job on a wooden floor. It was also a good price Doesn't go on rugs it skirts around them
