Vaalia Kids Yoghurt

love it – I'm 26 and love this easy to grab and eat on the way to work. at work or running around. 140g is a perfect size. Love the strawberry with NO bits :) Only issue is the amount of sugar.....8g per 100g not good.

The sourest boy there is – um I was all keen and set for a good vanilla yoggy on a long road trip. And I’m sat here with sour yoggy. I questioned if it was because I ate grapes earlier but I cleansed my pallette and it was still as sour as ever. I have found that if you swallow it quickly it tastes less repulsive. I don’t really care about the health rating it was on special and I just wanted a solid yoggy. do not recommend if keen for a classic vanilla yoggy to get you through your road trip. Dissatisfied at this product vaalia, not impressed. “Packed with goodness” packed with sour lemons I think you mean.

Sugar is bad for kids! – Front of the packet states that there are no artificial colours or sweateners - but there is actually 8.0grams of sugar per serving. Just to be clear- That’s 4.5 teaspoons of sugar that you’ll feed to your kids per serving. Baffles me that Vaalia doesn’t make healthier options.

Love these yoghurts – I buy these yoghurt's for my toddlers. The simple squeeze tube has been a favourite in our house now for some time because they can feel independent instead of needing help to eat all the time. Also being the perfect size, i find we never have any left over - compared to the tubs of yoghurt i would portion out into bowls. I also find they are larger then some other brands making for a full sized snack which saves mummy time.

Great for school lunch box – These are my boys favourite single serve yogurts. The pouch serving is brilliant for out and about as they can drink straight from the pouch. Good size as they are slightly larger compared to others available on the market. Can be bit more expensive but Coles often have them on offer at 3 for $5. My boys only really like the vanilla or strawberry flavours. Will tolerate tropical but don't like the banana at all. Pouch serving great for out and about. Can be expensive.
