Be careful – Easy to maneuver & folds up easily which is handy for getting in and out of the car; however it tips backwards easily. The storage basket is handy for shopping, due to it tipping back it wouldn't be advised to much weight in the way of shopping on the handle.

very well thought out stroller. "Fold down" is not intuitive but it only needs practicing the once t – a single wheel will always steer more easily - but the double has stability. It seems sturdily made (although ours has lost the centre piece of the buckle-in mechanism). Comfortable, plenty of adjustment. The basket is mentioned as a problem by some as being difficult to get stuff into or out of when the baby is fully reclined. I guess so, but no… Read more

big deal though.

Others mention basket bolts bending - I can only assume not everyone has the same level of mechanical sympathy. If you use brute force to achieve anything you don't think through, things inevitably get damaged.

Good pram – This was probably the third stroller I bought and when I first got It I loved it the extendable hood was a selling point for me, plus light weight, amazingly easy to steer and easy to fold (once I figured it out) I did find the stroller tipped for me only when I tried to hang a baby bag off it as it can't take the weight so I just changed to a… Read more

little backpack as he was 1 by this time. Hoever now I'm looking for a new pram for baby #2 there are things I didn't think of I'll certainly look for now and thats if it can hold the weight of a baby bag without tipping and large under storage basket with access when pram is reclined. But for the mean time I really loved this pram and was sad to sell it.

Great Pram – Loved it, bought this pram over 3 years ago now and still love it. Great big hood that can go all the way over if you undo the clips, huge durable shopping basket underneath, lays back and you can put the front up so you don't feel like your baby could fall out the front, light weight- I cant stress how much I have loved this about the pram, I… Read more

since have bought a larger double pram as I now have two kids and I hate it, I only wish the latitude had a toddler seat attachment. Bit of a [censored word removed] to fold up until you get the hang of it and then its easy - but don't ask someone else to do it for you, they wont be able to unless you go and show them about 3 times :) Hood, shopping basket, light weight No toddler seat option, bit tricky when first learning to fold but not that bad really.

Love it!! – I bought this pram today, used it at the shops and walking around the block! What you get is what you buy! Easy to steer, lays back flat, love the hood, an extra rain cover and snow boot, basket is a good size. I bought it knowing you cannot acces the basket when bubs in laying down. A lot of prams are the same. Extendable handle!!! Love this! I… Read more

Im stuck with a pram my child could have got seriously injured with.. Do not reccomend! Inexpensive, light weight Safety, basket, hard to open and close, only faces forward

Hazard – After four children I decided to buy a 'better' stroller. I guess I should not have spent the money. I put my 2 year old who is small for her age in it. The stroller fell over the 2 out of 3 times she was in there. She leaned to the side and it flipped! I would never recommend this to anyone! 5 Point harness It is a danger to my child!

A good starter pram but novelty has worn off! – We bought this pram as our local baby shop was clearing them out for a newer model. Well, it's been good and bad. Like many of the other reviewers have mentioned, the basket underneath the seat is difficult to get to if the seat is reclined. We have also had to replace the basket bolts and the originals bent - I'm not sure how this happened but in… Read more

saying this they were easy enough to order and replace at only 5.95 a part. The sun-shade pops off a lot and if it is raining the only option you have is to add the large bulky rain cover (which takes up the whole of the storage basket). The only other thing worth mentioning is that it is medium sized, therefore not particularly brilliant if you are going anywhere that is crowded or has narrow isles. What I did like about it is that it folds up neatly, has a peep hole in the top of the shade so you can check baby, and you can snap-lock the front wheel so the pram moves more solidly - however with any three wheeler they are a bit less sturdy than a four wheeler by my research. I go walking with this pram every other day and it's good on pavements but has quite a lot of vibration for uneven surfaces. Valco also makes an attachment so we can clip our safe and sound baby capsule straight into the pram which is great. Folds up easily, adjustable front wheel, has safe'n'sound car capsule adapter Not good in crowded shops/small isles, basket underneath awkward to get to, not great on uneven surfaces.

One year on, very happy – I chose this pram carefully after some research, also had a look at the video on Youtube and compared it mainly with the Valco Ion which overall seems to get better reviews. I wanted to get my pram choice right the first time and had I felt it was warranted, would have bought one of the top-range ones. You hear of so many people who buy 2 or… Read more

even 3 prams in their search for the right one. After a year of use I can say I’m very pleased overall - I made the right choice for us. It’s fairly light, folds up well, fairly sturdy, looks stylish, didn’t need a bassinet in the early days as it lies down fully flat. Wheels larger than a normal pram - I powerwalked everywhere with this pram and it stood the test without being a dedicated jogger pram. Fits very well through supermarket aisles, very maneuverable, not huge an long like a lot of the prams out there. Comes with easy foot and body cover for winter and wet days, and wet weather cover. Wide ranging hood extends further. Basket hard to reach when pram is fully reclined flat. You do need to get the technique for opening and closing, once you've got it, no hassles at all. Yes the hood does snap off a little easily but only if you've still got the seat reclined up, this places unreasonable pressure on the frame

Great pram – I bought this pram for my second child as I wanted to have a compaq pram to fit in my boot. I am very happy with the stability of it I can take my 18kg four year old in it. Very compact when folded up.It has a big sized sun shade and very easy to push with one hand. Compaq, light, easy to push Folding up mechanism is a bt fidly

Indoor use only – Not a pram for anyone who likes to take baby for lots of outdoor walks. It can not handle uneven surfaces (like cracked footpaths or pathways in parks) and started to fall apart within 9 months. Had to have a screw replaced and basket repaired while still under the 12 months warranty, the guy at Baby Buntings told me it was common for screws to… Read more

come out, bend or break in this pram. I was recommended this pram by someone who doesn't go for a lot of walks, so my mistake I should of done more research.

It's also difficult to fold down (even my friend who recommended it said this).

If you take the covers off the seat you will see that it is just thin plastic and my seat has now come away from the screws and is not usable (happened about 14 months after purchase).

Finally the pram tends to steer to one side, something to do with the poor construction, so it has caused me shoulder and back pain and requires two hands to steer.

We will be throwing out this pram and starting again, it has basically fallen apart. Should have made a wiser investment - with the cost of physio to repair the back pain it caused it turned out to be very expensive. Would be okay for anyone using for a short period and just for indoors but cheaper strollers would also be okay for this. Looks good; okay price (wouldn't call it cheap for what you get); great sunshade; comes with raincover; compact. There are no options for your baby to face you or to add a toddler seat.; Not well made, falls apart; hard to fold; becomes difficult to steer; doesn't last much more than a year; handle too short for anyone over 6ft (even when extended).

Good – love this pram, would recommend it to everyone. i really wanted a strider 4 when i went into the store to buy my pram and sooo happy i spent the time testing out all the prams and finally choosing this one. anyone i know that has a strider find them too wide and too much hassle removing things to put it in the car. really lightweight, not to wide,… Read more

easy to move, i used to be able to have it unfolded with one hand by the time it hit the ground out of the back of my commodore wagon. and really easy to pack up too. comfy, lays flat so used it from birth. nothing has to be removed to fold up. hard to get to basket when fully reclined. the pin came out of the basket to frame which made it wobble, took it back to the store and they gave me a new pin (screw) and all better.

Regret buying – Bought this pram as it was nice in the price department and that's about where the niceties stop. It spends more time in my boot than being used. Inexpensive, handle adjusts *Difficult to fold/unfold , *Always having to put hood back on as it "pops" off when folding * Harness very difficult to adjust

Love this pram – I had this pram from when my son was about 7 months until 13 months and loved it, the basket is nice and big and the pram fitted nicely in the boot of my hatchback when folded which was a problem with my first pram (Bugaboo). The only issue I had was that the bracket to hold the seat up or let it down again broke as I think my son got too heavy… Read more

for it. Inexpensive alternative to a large pram, great for shopping and easy to manouver Clips etc seem break too easily

Terrible – Loved the stroller until it fell apart. Screws and other plastic parts came off the frame and the stroller collapsed. Very usafe! Would never put my child in another Valco. Manufacturers were also not willing to rectify the problem. Attractive & Lightweight Poor construction, difficult to keep folded, small storage basket, must use two hands to steer

Good – It's not a bad stroller overall due to its compact size & lightweight (easy to be put in the car), compared to some other strollers. If Valco can improve the clip-on part of the hood, then it will be much better. My baby could sit comfortably in it for long period (especially during shopping). Lightweight, easy to fold & store, easy to steer,… Read more

compact, good safety harness, large hood, adjustable seat. The hood came off easily when folded, which means you have to be very careful with it because it's not easy to slip it back into the clip. It sometimes couldn't be folded fully.

Good – Not bad. My partner liked it orginally for the cool looking wheels...he finds it hard to push as he is taller then me and kicks it when he walks. This is very light weight! Which is great for long shopping trips and lifting into the boot. Its hard to get to the basket when the seat is doiwn which was a pain when my daughter had to lie in at when… Read more

we first started using it. Not she's 3 months I can sit it up a little for better access but still a pain in the neck. Also sometime when collasping it the hold unclips.

Good – Great for shopping trips since it is so light and compact and steers well in small spaces. Not especially comfy so I wouldn't use it for outdoor walks (I have another pram for that). Overall I'm happy with it. Light, excellent steering, compact / narrow enough to get through any aisle. Hard to get to basket when reclined; hood sometimes detaches… Read more

when folding; it collapsed a couple of times at the start but now I'm careful to ensure it clicks in place when opening its fine.

OK – Wouldn't buy Valco again due to the safety concern. Most of the prams also have this extra bit of fold around the baby's head area which is very annoying - don't know what it's for..I've had to press mine down so my baby can have her head back. Yes, it's easy to steer and fold but I need something that I know won't drop my baby folds easily, easy… Read more

to steer (most of the time I only have one hand available!), easy to recline up and down - can do it with just one hand when baby is sleeping. it's not as wide as other prams so can go through narrow isles. basket is generous except when seat is fully reclined. Brakes are easy to use and reliable. The frame just collapsed on me one day when I was walking because the screws fell off!! I had to get my brother to fix it..he did a better job than the manufacturers!! Because it just collapses down to fold away - it takes up a lot of boot space. If I had to buy again I would buy a much smaller stroller that takes up less room and not so bulky

Bad – I looked at sooo many strollers before buying this one, which at the time in mid 2008 did not have many reviews. I bought it due to the pros Ive listed above, but 1 1/2 years on I am regretting my decision. The pram has not gone anywhere much wilder than a shopping centre and it is already falling apart, with screws falling out and squeaking… Read more

coming from everywhere.

I also had to buy another pram to use (A strider, which btw I LOVED) for a few months as my baby hated facing forward, which I suppose doesnt happen to everyone, but you also dont know whether your baby is going to be the one that does!

Another issue Im facing now is that it does not have an option for a toddler seat so if you are planning on extending your family you will need another pram.

Overall I would not reccommend lightweight, compact, looks good not well made, no bassinette or toddler seat option

Good – I am quite happy with this pram for the price tag. the best thing is that it is easy to steer and fold down. light weight, easy to steer making it good for manoeuvre around shopping centres. Easy to fold and folds fairly flat. Adjustable handle for taller people. Quite easy to tip backwards so have to very careful when putting bags on the back. Can't get to basket easily when fully reclined.

Excellent – It is light weight but still very sturdy. Comes with everything you need. Easy to assemble. We used to use an Emmaljunga pram but found it too heavy at times and it is not easy to fit into the boot of a Corolla hatchback. We visited a store and looked at both the Pep Perego Aria and Valco Latitude. The Aria would have won due to weight alone… Read more

but I really felt that the Aria is too filmsy.

The Valco Latitude is well built. I took it home, took me just 30 minutes to put it together. It is AS2088 standard tested. It has been roadtested with bub and wife and both of them love it. Light way but does not compromise on sturdiness.

Easy to move around

Easy to fold

Comes with storm cover

Plenty of storage space for shopping

Fit into small car boot easily Cannot think of any
