I usually like valco prams, but this one isn't very good – Its bulky and very heavy, definitely more suited to toddlers, the straps are too long for a little baby less than 6months old, hood coverageis only so so , brakes are hard to apply, I would only use it as a spare for walking at home as it does have a decent sized basket and good wheels to travers most bumpy surfaces and terrain. Another plus is that it is quite upright when seat completely up, but other than that, its not very good at all

Has it's pros and cons – I purchased this pram second hand and got it pretty cheap. I love that it can be turned so my son is facing me and it was very easy to change, it is great for walking on most surfaces ( grass, dirt etc ) which I like and it seems comfy as my son often falls asleep in it Seems comfy, easy to push on most surfaces and easy to steer Very big and… Read more

heavy, I had to get a smaller pram for my car ( a commodore ) because it wouldn't fit in the boot properly!

would not recommend – Would not recommend the Rebel. unstable, very large & bulky. Seat of pram is very high off the ground for a 3 wheeler, which I believe is what makes it likely to tip over a slight bump, The pram has almost tipped several times when crossing the road, because of the incline of the footpath coming off the road! I used mine 2-3 times before I put it… Read more

in storage, I think it is quite a dangerous pram. Loved the Large storage basket, and it is quite a nice looking pram unstable, likely to tip over bumps, dangerous

Sturdy, bulky but great its reversible – I purchased this pram off ebay second hand to go running with. It appears to be very sturdy, if somewhat unstable if you go on an angle down a slope. The toddler seat fits on front, but makes it even more unstable. Ok to run with, as good suspension and as you can have the baby facing you it's pretty amusing for them to watch you puff! You do… Read more

really need to lock the front wheel if you plan to jog with it though. Sturdy jogger, reversible so bub can face you. Unstable and very heavy.

Terrible – Is an ok walking pram but that's about it. I curse the pram every time I go to use it. I would rather carry my daughter than use the pram..... defeating the purpose in the first place... Buyer be ware! Reversable seat is a good option. Nice and cosy for newborn. Very big and bullky. I couldn't fit anything else in the boot and I had to take the… Read more

wheel off every time which was a pain. I now don't take it anywhere with me, only for walks. Had major difficulties steering the pram too! I took it in to get looked at and the lady told me that the Valco prams with the hexagon on top of the front wheel all need to be re-built because of a design fault. Re-build is $200! I am just going to buy a smaller stoller. I wish I had never bought it.

Great for one child; toddler seat is totally USELESS!! – I loved my valco rebel when i only had my son. It was sturdy, great over rough terrain, i could face him toward me when he was little and then when he wanted to look around i could turn it around. It was very heavy though and i got a pretty sore back trying to get it into the boot of my car. When i had my daughter though this pram became totally… Read more

useless!! She is only 11 weeks old and can't fit when i have the toddler seat attached. I am so mad i spent so much money on it! Now i have to buy a new one! Reversible, sturdy and easy to steer expensive, toddler seat is useless, doesn't steer well with toddler seat either and i have almost tipped it a few times.

Good – Great Pram, i loved how i could choose bassinette option or turn the seat around to face me when walking and as i'm shorter than my husband i could adjust the handles to suit height.. The valco suited my husband due to his height as the handles could be adjusted and he liked that when walking behind the pram he was not hitting the wheels. Great… Read more

pram over rough, grass or stone areas. I purchased it in 2007 with a bassinette attachment whic both my children slept in for 6 months as it has a separate stand. Easy to push and control and great storage basket area Weight, it is about 14kg and does need to be separated in to 2 sections to fit in the boot, but i used it for over 3.5 years. Toddler when attached does not leave enough room for a child to seat in the pram, the bottom of the toddler seat is too close to the pram seat...no leg room

Terrible – At weighing in at 14 kilograms this pram is heavy. It is so big that I have to seperate it into the two pieces to fit in the car, which is a pain when you are juggling 3 kids under 5 trying to put the pram together so that you can put them in it. It is so large that I can't fit anything else in my boot other than the pram. When fitted the… Read more

Toddler seat and the original pram seat are so close together that it is uncomfortable for the baby in the pram seat to see out, eat etc, ok if you are only transporting a small baby who is happy to reclined. The padding at the top of the seat restricts height of child who can be fitted in it. Great that you can have the carriage facing you or facing away, fantastic storage with a great undreneath basket and a handy pocket on the rear of the shade, also quite a great shade. Overall not a product I would reccomend. Reversible Bassinet & Carriage section Big, Bulky & Heavy, Abysmal Toddler seat that when fitted doesn't allow the carriage seat to be in the upright position.

Excellent – Loved it when I used it with my first one, will use it with my second after I've seen the current prams on the market..not much has changed, it just looks like they've adapted to the whole "reverse seat" which what made this pram good when I bought it in 2005. BUY IT second hand if you can. Bought it in 2005, loved it then.Shame they stopped making them. Can't buy it even if I wanted to

Bad – A nice strong stroller which suits from birth to independance, bought this for my daughter when she had my granddaughter. Bit fiddly to clean I feel.Black does attract the heat and it was the only color available in the store.Nice to have a new born baby facing you and the with the movable handle. Also like the fact the height of the handle can be… Read more

adjusted, bonus! Option of lockable front wheel is good idea, when I have used it for my toddler i found it hard to steer and also that their feet can touch the wheels which is not safe. Overall its ok but too bulky I feel> Strong and sturdy and easy to steer, good to have baby facing you. Bulky to lift in and out of car boot.Bit unstable for toddler who leans on front bar,has tipped a few times.

Bad – I paid just over $500 for the rebel. I feel I could of shopped around for a much more suiltable pram to carry my 2 children, as I simply cannot put them in this 3 wheeler together. Loved that my baby could face me The weight is very heavy. The toddler seat is a shear waste of money because there was not enough clearence for my babies legs and the older toddler. My newborn was scratched and marked an her legs. Very poorly designed.

OK – I bought this pram solely as a walking pram and it was pretty cheap at the time. It is good for this purpose but it's not the kind of pram you want to be taking everywhere with you because it's just too heavy to be lifting in and out of a car. It's a great walking pram, the tyres are easily pumped up, easy to fold, baby seems comfortable in it. … Read more

The fabric is easy to clean. Has a good sized basket underneath that is easy to reach. It is really heavy and way to big to fit in a car boot without a lot of pushing and shoving.

Excellent – wish i had got it from birth, just love it. Makes a walk such a joy. Get one if you can, they dont make them anymore. got it so we can talk to each other while out for a stroll, only 3 wheeler that has this option (that I'm aware of) Shopping basket is great, pocket is great, shade is great. Great for walking on tracks and to shops. toddler seat… Read more

available. bassinett great for newborn - good for visiting friends etc. Adjustable handle. She might get too tall for the seat soon, too fit under shade, (shes 14 months now) but I'll just get a umbrella. bit awkward to get in and out of car - but i dont think much worse than some other three wheelers, I just use it daily forom home and have a lightweight layback stroller for car (got a great one from Big W for $115, weighs 5.3kg and suitable for newborn) so between the two i have everything Im after. And am finally happy - after trying lots.

OK – Excellent pram if you do alot of walking or jogging. Not so good if you like to go to the shops. This pram is a great walking pram. The huge wheels make it easy to push on pretty much any terrain. I like that I can have my son facing me, and also the adjustable handle height is very handy as I dont fell hunched over, making it easier to push. It… Read more

is just way too big. Takes up pretty much the whole boot. Bulky and heavy to lift. Doesn't fit through the checkouts at most shops, and is hard to manouver around shops. I ended up buying a smaller pram to keep in the boot to take shopping. We just use the rebel now when we go for walks.
