Thank you to Sam Whalley for his assistance and patience during my recent vehicle purchase. Sam met me when I was burnt out by the lending process. Being Self Employed Sole Trader, who doesn’t own property and not GST Registered pretty much ruled me out for most loans. I reused a previous broker and they were more worried about their reputation than they were about assisting me for loan. Extremely evasive questions and very minimal options lead me to do more research.

Sam was able to give me more direction and better options. I was always mentally checkout and burnt out by this process, so said to Sam what are my options and let just get it done.

I didn’t get the perfect outcome and what I was hoping to achieve personally went out the window quickly, but Sam took the time to educate me and talk me through what options would have a good success for approval.

Sam was patient with my frustrations and was very open and clear in his communications and understanding in my situation.

This loan was approved and processed very quickly. Fees were open and transparent, and I was very grateful for Sam’s patience and advocating for me towards the lender.
