Fake Parts – Never go to these guys. Their parts don’t fit. I asked for specific part for a specific model, and when it arrived, it didn’t fit. Emailed them several times then finally they answered and said that I made a mistake. I gave them photos of the original part and their part and they were clearly different, but they wouldn’t give a refund. They now won’t reply to any emails.

VanGo Caravan Services – I purchased a domestic caravan hatch.from VanGo Caravan Services through my NDIS funding. When I opened the box it came to me in. The Dometic skylight was damaged in 2 place on the plastic adjustable hatch. An Van Go wouldn't replace the broken hatch. An I near heard back from them. So I will have to buy another hatch from someone else
