Worst service possible – I made a purchase in 15 December. The store distributed on 2 Jan. The order took 11 days to arrive. The frozen food I purchased was spoilt and ruined, hot in temperature and discoloured. Unsafe to eat. The box had a “perishable” sticker. Items were all listed as frozen items. I am now out of pocket by $156 with no food items and no money! I’d like my money back otherwise I will be required to escalate this to the ACCC and NCAT.
A great way to get vegan goodies delivered to your door! – I love shopping at the Cruelty Free Shop Online Store; I know all the products are vegan and they get delivered straight to my door! If I ever have any questions, they are always happy to help out. Would recommend.

Consistently excellent service – I've been using The Cruelty Free Shop Online for over 15 years now. The attention to detail, product selection and service offering has always been exemplary and better than anywhere else available. Highly recommend to anyone wishing quality Vegan products and service.
Think Twice – I ordered a hamper for my daughter for her birthday. They don’t dispatch orders when received, if not ordered by 0830 hours, you have to wait until the next day before they get to it. Then I paid to use Fastaway Couriers as I thought this would be quicker option but that was an even bigger joke. All I can say is a THINK TWICE if you order something and want to get it quickly.
Appalling customer service – Ordered a hamper and after three days it had not arrived - so I called to check the progress. Then had to call back every working day for the next 11 days until it was finally delivered. two weeks after their birthday (and over two weeks after the initial order). I tried to cancel the birthday hamper, and they wanted to wait until it had been sent back from the recipient before they cancelled the order and offered a refund. Would not recommend Cruelty Free Online Shop for any reason to any body. Worst experience.
Products online with the use of animal products – Our daughter has become vegetarian and occasionally wants something sweet to eat (like lollies).
