Veivers Concreting

Doesn't know anything about concreting – I got [Name Removed] Veivers Concreting to do my driveway end of January 2022. I would not recommend him to anyone. When doing the driveway, they damaged my garage door (see picture attached). You can see clearly the dent from the screed edge, and that's a $5,500.- garage door. I only saw the dent 3 weeks after when I did my seal on the driveway. No one else was in the vicinity of my door/driveway. Also, he is not really competent when it comes to doing saw cuts on the concrete. They all are in a slight bend. When you zoom in, you can see the black stringline. Hytec ([Name Removed]) also told me that he didn’t expose the concrete aggregates enough, when I complaint about it as I thought it was the wrong aggregate size. He also messed up my porch. Had told him that my tiles are 10mm thick, even with changing the tiles to 6.5mm thick ones, they are still sticking out and are not flush with the concrete driveway. Walk away from him. He is no good. Loses his temper all the time, was yelling at me and his better half [Name Removed] all the time. Update: I asked him to do a saw cut through the middle as per drawings from engineers. He refused to do it and started yelling at me again. Just out of precaution I left the driveway for 4 weeks taped off, so no load was applied. I got a hairline crack exactly where the saw cut was meant to be (see pictures attached). This guy knows nothing about concrete.
