Lack of Communication – Very disappointed in the customer service we received. The majority of our issues could have been avoided if there had been better communication. Certainly, didn't live up to their "Our Promises" on their website. Won't be using them for our next renovation

no contact from him 2 weeks later. We are stunned at this appalling lack of professionalism especially considering so many glowing reviews but our experience with this company has been terrible. If it was possible I would not have even given a 1 star review.
