Hello. We have a Venini VDW60S model, and both upper and lower racks are now getting damaged. Is there a way to purchase these racks to replace my current ones?

Hi - our machine appears to start and then the light goes to the "normal" setting and starts flashing and a beeping sound chimes in - shortly after the washer stops. Doesnt seem to matter what setting i use - this happens frequently. I check the drain/clear - the water is on, nothing blocking the arms etc. Why would this be happening?? sometimes it works perfectly! thnx Jill
