her result within one day, whereas I am still waiting after five days. When I contacted the helpline, I was informed that my application has not progressed due to a backlog from the Christmas period. Even after paying a much higher amount, the service is slower than the official site, which is very disappointing.

Stay away from these people, you'll lose your job waiting. There number starts with 08 which is three different time zones. I rang at all 3 times past there opening hours, telling me to call back at there opening hours then the line goes dead

Absolutely scammers. They will charge more than others and take 10 times longer than the other organisations. I had to get a certificate done some where else after paid them due to they are so slow. I got my certificate 2 days after applied in other website and take them a month!! Avoid using Veritas!

A hoax! Do yourself a favour and rather go directly to AFP gov website to get your police check. Veritas charges a fee ‘to make sure the spelling is right’ but it took longer and added zero value for a higher fee. Avoid this site at all costs! It’s still unclear to me if immigration agencies even accept this.

I also got conned by this site to get an AFP check only to find it was not acceptable by the government for my needs. The disclosure of Veritas Check at the time was poor and deserving of the directors being locked up. It has cost me time and money (mostly time) with terrible consequences for others.

Long wait with attitude – If i could give 0 stars i would. They stuffed me around with id requirements, then took over a week to fix the problem. Then took over 15 days to get check back. Along with nasty butch attitude.

Worst mistake – It's a scam, masks as the AFP website looks also similar but charges twice the amount, no communication. Just avoid using the service if it's not top late, I landed on their website by mistake only to realize after purchase it was the wrong one.

A middle man that you don’t need – There is no need to use this service as they are simply a 3rd party that spell check your application and then charge you double what you should really pay. I needed to do a Federal police name check and somehow ended up on their site. Do yourself a favour and just go direct and save yourself time and money.

Efficient and fast – After reading all the reviews I was stressed out and paid for a police check directly through afp. My veritas check came back within a few days. I still haven't got the check back with afp. Veritas were efficient.

Avoid! 3rd party daylight robbery – Dont use this company! I got cheated by thinking they were the real afp. They word their website in such a way to confuse you. Dont make my mistake. They charge more than double what you need to pay on the actual Australian federal Police website. No number to call. Then advise takes 15 working days!

Called me and then wanted nothing to do with me when said had no money to put up front for a so called "job" – SCAM ALERT! Just a scammer wanting people to invest in NOTHING! Should be locked up for being a common thief!

Worst experience – I applied ten days ago and I am still waiting. Keeps saying I haven't paid even though I received a receipt of payment from them. The process and timelines are horrendous, with no communication. Do not use this provider.

Scam third-party service that charges double the price – Scam - clicked accidentally believing it was the AFP site. Found out that you can't use the report for what they claim it to be usable for. Tried to ask for a refund as soon as I made my application, they refused saying it's against their policy to give refunds. Price was double the real price.

sent when I paid the $53.00) was invalid. They don't respond to emails. Basically I'd say this is not a good company to do business with in any shape or form. Ripped off.

Wish I had read the reviews! – Used this company only because employer sent the link so trusted it would be okay. Submitted 2 police checks both for caretaking positions. weird part. The PC that was quick had the exact same info on purpose as the delayed one and was never queried! Also I found it weird that they didn't list 'working with children' on the reason section. The amount of ID documents is ridiculous too, I found out a Police Check at the Post Office only ask for 100 point check (2 primary) this mob wanted 4! Stay away from them, they are dodgy and inconsistent.

Worse Ever – Need to pay twice the price and it is my bad that I didn't check if it is actually from AFP as they use afpcheck.com, which I thought was official from AFP. My new passport uses digital signatures, but they still insist I upload the signature page or another identity evidence, which I changed to a photo ID. I called them couple of days later and they told me they didn't receive it while I already sent it to them.

Terrible service – I called Veritas - they told me they were sending my card on Monday. I paid for express postage as I needed it urgently. I called again on Thursday and was told it was ready for posting. I asked if they were going to post it the same day - they would not commit to a date.

Can't give any Stars, stay away rip off company – I have submitted my request but soon found out no longer required, 15 minutes later I called to cancel and get my refund, and they said there is no refund, ACCC should do something about this company that not only charging you double (may bad) but also rip off customers

This is a scam!!!! – They charge more than double the price of afp for the certificate. Unfortunately they're the first ones to show up on google. Go to the AFP website directly for certificate.

Perfect Police Check – Very quick - within 6 hours - and cheap. They were extremely helpful when I called them on questions. Staff very friendly and the phone was answered almost immediately. I would use them again.

2-3 weeks and still no result – getting into the third week and still no result..no end in sight update: just came through all good. took 13 working days

total scaM – Stay away from them. I did mine from there and I can't even download the Police check and does not even look real. a total scam.

Scam keep away – Go to the AFP site you will get the certificate at half price. Do not click here very useless and slow.
