for quite some time. Time after time, I have seen them enter an OC environment to clean up after years of toxic, unqualified or even corrupt leadership and, create a thoroughly transformed community within their first year of appointment.

Verticali are my go to for any queries and, my only regret is that there are not more companies seeking their level of excellence.

Bad Service – Sudden additional fee charges without notice, keep asking for extra fee for ambiguous stuff.

Verticali owners corporation || Poor building management – My experience with the owners corporation was extremely disappointing. They lacked professionalism and were difficult to communicate with. The slow response time and lack of follow-through are unacceptable. You need to follow up a couple of times before action is taken.
