Terrible customer service, appeared no care for animal – Had my miniature Daschund desexed on 26/4/24. Picked him up that afternoon, vet nurse came out with a cone that would fit a Great Dane. When I asked for a smaller one was told in an aggressive manner “what do you expect, we can’t have all sizes”. sizes, go use a travel pillow. Was told I would get a follow up call Saturday morning, still waiting for that call. Wasn’t told if stitches were disposable or not. Was disgraceful customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND. Service over the years I have been taking my pets there has gone down hill in a huge way.
