A very good experience – I'm very happy so far with my 16' car trailer. I picked it up and towed it a 1000k on the first day without any issues. Luis and the guys were all over my order and kept me informed, and it was delivered exactly on time. All permits, etc., were sorted out on the day, and pickup was a breeze. Thank you. Show details

Delightful experience – I walked into the office unannounced today, Louis was in the middle of lunch and without hesitation attended to me. I chose the 8 x 5 dual axle box trailer with 900mm cage. Louis went to great lengths to explain the breaking system, checked the wheel nuts, attached the number plate, and checked all the lights were in working order. Great job Victorian Trailers! Show details

quantity not quality – No care for customers, nor for their trailers. Picked up several orders this year with a variety of faults. Safety chains too light to be legal, variety of framing sizes on trailer that should be the same (they use whatever is on hand, no standard build), different axle widths (30mm difference between front and rear axle) , RAV details not entered… Read more

for a week, wrong brake type fitted, poor paint jobs (inside of guards etc will likely have no paint at all), wrong Vin on plate vs stamp, holes for wiring get cut out with an oxy, leaving a big messy hole with sharp edges, you name it. I've had 8x5 box trailers with 75x50, 50x50 or 40x40 chassis rails (same model ordered), car carriers with 50x50 or 100x50 supports, hubs fitted meant for a braked axle but only the outside fitted because they ran out of regular hubs. No care factor towards clients, they just hang up when you call about concerns/issues. Ask for a manager/owner (Tristan) and you get sent from pillar to post, hung up on and an outstanding order that was a replacement for a trailer built to the wrong spec ignored. Its a typical mass production company, with a lack of quality control. They don't care about complaints, plenty of other people to sell to. Quantity not quality.

Customer relations – I had an issue where the trailer brakes locked up. When I reported it to Victorian Trailers, they refused to acknowledge it was any of their fault and blamed me for causing the issue "[Name Removed]" was the rudest person I have ever talked to even though I explained that the trailer was still under warranty, They sold me a faulty product. I would not recommend buying trailers from these cowboys as chances are you will end up with a dud!
