Very poor instructions and after sales support – My experience after waiting 3 months for the sauna to arrive. Pros; Design - athletically pleasing. Overall finish of product is to an acceptable standard. Delivery - third party delivery company was fantastic and very helpful. Cons; Claimed 24/7 support was non existing with numerous phone and txt messages going unanswered. Instructions to put the sauna together are very poor. PDF instructions are hard to read and do not show any real detail e.g. which of the different length screws go where? Two links are supplied for Youtube videos, one showing the Epoch 2 being put together and the other the installation of the Epoch 4 saunas benches. Both videos fail to provide any tangible details leaving you to figure it out yourself. Realistic assembly time in more like 10+ hours, especially give the lack of assembly instructions.
