Poor quality and bad customer service – We have had this range for 20 months, and already needed two repairs. First repair (only after a few weeks use) was potentially dangerous as it was a short circuit in the front panel. The repair technician sent by Viking got an electric shock when working on it. 4 months before being completed and many calls to either Viking or their customer service representative in the area. The customer service was extremely poor and even unprofessional. The look is good and the oven works fine General quality is extremely poor. Customer service is playing games with customers, very unprofessional and not even courteous
