Dismal Service – Contacted this company recently enquirying into to the replacement of a few door frame tags that had been glued to the steel door frames and had at some time fallen off the door(s) over the past 21 years. NSW Government legislation now requires all units in apartment buildings and condo's to have tags on both the door and the frame. This is part of the fire regulations This company had installed both the frame and the doors in our apartment building approximately 21 years ago along with the tags. The communication with them is lamentable where one minute they advised they would supply the tags if a stat dec was supplied and after a week of communication they changed their minds. This company is indecisive and cannot provide prompt and accurate information about such an important matter. They have clearly abrogated any assistance in providing information of where to obtain such tags for a product that they installed and have walked away. Clearly any future dealings from potential customers should keep this is mind with any products that this company is marketing, Caveat Emptor
