No. I do not the size of the little screw that secures the battery holder in place. But, given these reviews are supposedly monitored by ALDI. ALDI should have the decency of not only responding, but also, supplying you with the little screw that secures the battery holder in place. My experience with ALDI products is: – The Scales that require you to stand on the three (3) times to make sure they are not giving you misleading information about your weight. – A Hi Fi Stereo System where both the Mains Power and Battery Power failed to work. Returned to Aldi. – A Cordless Vacuum that is sold without batteries, the roller in the section that is in contact with the floor when vacuuming stopped rotating almost immediately, and the bendable hose section splitting open on one side so that i can only bend the hose one way instead of both ways when I vacuum. – A foldable trolley rated at 30 kg where the bottom fell out of the trolley when it only had 25 kg in it. Etc.

Cannot get scales to weigh correctly. The scales weight lighter, not a bad thing. Have taken batteries out and replaced after 10 minutes still weight lighter. How can u adjust scale to weight correctly

I bought the Visage aldi body fat scales today and it lets me put in my personal data but when i try to weigh myself in Stone and lbs, it gives a very low weight (3 stone something lbs) which I weight more than that. Can someone please help me?

I have the model number 4520 - the Visage 6387 - I have just put in new batteries and want to change the weight scale from Lb's to kilos - how do I do it?

I had the same problem. double tip the centre button. This will take you to set mode. Each time you press the middle button you will scroll through the menu. Hope this helps.
