Dumb & Dumber – Run by complete Dingbats. Could not even run a brothel if they tried. They will literally try to screw you, regardless if you are a tenant or landlord. Do not even consider getting advise from the mortgage broker as she is clueless.

Witholding money and accounting records – After removing Vision property as managers of my property they have witheld approximately $3500 and not paid tradesmen that did work on my property. I have not received an owners statement well past the normal monthly date and after saying I would get it today they have now said they will not be processing the account today.

Wouldn’t recommend, better off managing your property yourself – A= communication and easy to deal with. Great real estate agency in the centre of mackay

Bad Form – very unprefesional and constant lies. After agreeing on a price and being congratulated on the purchase of a property from a staff member including signing documention and paying a deposit. Got a phone call the next morning saying somone else came in with a better offer. Bad Form Vision Realestate. I dont recommend doing any form of buisness with Vision Realestate.

Excellent first class service at the state, but don't trust them – I had a break lease with my tenant recently where she agreed to leave on a certain date. When this date arrived she refused to budge and after many phone calls to the RTA and going round in circles Vision kept arguing it was not a break lease although I had it in writing and they said she could stay as long as wanted. an advertised for a new tenant and put on their site it was available due to a break lease, but still refused to give me a copy of the notification to leave form. Then steps in Diane Hancock-Mills the owner. She is the most aggressive obnoxious person I have even met and I don't know how they received their real estate license, but they do not confirm to the rules of the Resident Tenancy Act. Well she informed my tenant they could leave immediate and have her bond back and terminated my management agreement. She had no legal right in this land to terminate a tenant agreement. Of course the bond was gone in 24hrs, so no chance of any compensation. I would serious advise against using them. Read the other reviews they are brilliant on the day to day stuff, but when it comes to the legal side they serious lack any any professionalism. Ooh by the way I also put my unit up for sale, so make your own conclusions on the real reason for their motives..

Started good ended bad – Initially fair and detailed, I think they must have change property managers late last year and now very difficult to get bond back with confusion reining. Had to quote RTA rules to them and they still found ways to bugger the bond return. Still waiting but think we’ll be ok. Don’t take their crap amd hit them with their own stick, the RTA Show details

Don't trust vison with your bond – Vacated property on 29 January 2021 and still waiting on our bond. No calls or emails in regards to where it is. Vision trying to make up reasons as to why its taking so long.. absolutely dicusted in the professional approach towards clients. Will never deal with this agent again.

Lies, conman, cheat you out of your Bond – Never rent through Vision Real estate, when you vacate you never get your bond money back, no matter how much money and time you spend on cleaning the place it won't count, they still find some to take your money.. Greedy they use their own tradesmen for "repairs" and they will charge you the whole bond money as their bills.. STAY AWAY FROM VISION REAL ESTATE, Mackay

have inspections they seem to find something wrong last inspection I had a lovely discussion with property manager I do not put up with visions awful they rate up there along with a few others in mky!!

The absolute worst ever real estate agent! – I was told that don't bother cleaning just leave because you will never get your bond back. tracks, fans cupboards, windows, floors etc. But of course by the time they did the final inspection after we left their was dust again on the fans. This is because it's an old house where the windows don't seal and the dust gets in everywhere. We lost $300 for the dust because it appartently cleaners charge $300 to clean dust in a house. And remember I mention about cleaning the outside. Well the outside doesn't count. Only the yard. So all the cleaning I did on the outside was all for nothing. Even though there was mould and algee everywhere on the cemented area outside and on the stair railing it didn't count. I got no bonus points or thanks for that. It was so much better then when we arrived but oh no that don't care. And painting well Vision charge $900 to paint a door. A door that was wet when we arrived in the Bathroom. And yes due to not been able to dry it peeled. As it rain when we first arrived. I never ask the owners to paint the house I said leave it as it is - I didn't mind what colours it was. Vision blame us and said that it was our fault that the paint didn't get time to dry. I don't get that one. And the $900 to paint a door. Wow these Mackay tradespeople must have some wacky do equipment to charge $300 to clean dust and $900 to paint a door. I didn't think that sending equipment such as dust cloths and paint to Mackay cost so much. Anyone would think that its a island far away.

They lied so much to RTA about the state of the house and the way it was before. They have cheated us out of so much money. Don't use Vision Real Estate at all for anything. I would hate to buy a house through them. You would probably end up with a house that's full of hidden problems that they would know but lie to you about. Don't use Vision real estate in Mackay, you will lose.
