Hair in it!!! – Use the product for years but the latest one. I found a hair in it. Emailed customer service. All they said is that they have strict tests and hygiene polices, as if I made it up, which is disgusting. Not a word of apology, not to mention replacement product. Complaint further and they just ignore your email. Reviews on their website are screened. They won’t approve bad reviews.

Tastes awful – Gross, without a doubt the nastiest thing I’ve ever tasted, to the point I threw up. Sadly benefits did not outweigh the taste on this occasion. Received a months sample and will be giving away as quickly as i can

Folic acid (synthetic) over Folate (natural) - Why? – I've been using Vital All-in-one since a friend put me on in 2020 when I had a flu. Over the past 12 months or so I've come to learn a fair abit about Folate vs Folic Acid. A brief summary of the difference between the two: Folate, also known as Folacin and B9 vitamin, occurs naturally in our food and is an important vitamin for our health. … Read more

Folic Acid is often actually referred to as the less-impactful, supplemental form of folate that is added to modify food and dairy products. However, Folic Acid is unnecessary and can even be unhealthy when used abundantly. This is especially true if you are past the age to have children, or if you are a male.

Folate is much, much easier for the body to digest, while Folic Acid requires the help of an enzyme found in the liver known as dihydrofolate reductase. This is a slow-reacting enzyme and, because of the fact that we consume so much of this acid in our diets, it can lead to an overabundance of undigested Folic Acid within our bloodstream which is not healthy.

Folate, because of its origin from plants, has been around for centuries. While, in comparison, Folic Acid has only been around since 1943 when it was synthesized.

Because of the fact that many health and dietary agencies have used the terms “Folate” and “Folic Acid” interchangeably, it has lead the population to believe both are natural and in fact good for our health. However, this could not be further from the truth. But you may be asking – what is the real damage of Folic Acid? Well, an excessive amount of un-metabolized Folic Acid in our bodies has actually been linked to the development and enhanced growth of cancer and prenoeoplastic lesions, such as polyps within the colon. But is that all? No. The supplementation of this acid can also be the root of:

Lack of focus Mood swings Rashes Sleep disorders and discomfort Cramping Gas Increased chance of heart attack or heart disease B12 deficiency And even intensified seizures in people with seizure disorders!

So, my question is.. Why Folic Acid (fake) over Folate (real) ?

I unfortunately will not be buying this product again in the future unless the folic acid is replaced with the actual vitamin we're after of folate.. I recommend everybody else do the same!

False Advertising – I actually didn't end up buying the product based on the fact the it was false advertising. I clicked on the website and proceeded to check out with the codes given. It advertised as $123.95 and Lunar discount of 28% = $89.24. When I checked out I was faced with Subtotal $159.95 Discount (28% Off) -$44.79 You will earn: 115 Z points Grand Total $115.16

Wonderful Product – I have been taking Vital All-In-One for over ten years and am now 71 year's old, it definitely keeps colds & flu at bay and since taking it have had overall excellent health, I take it every morning with low fat milk which hides the unpleasant (to me) taste, the price has crept up over the years but I think its worth it. Show details

Seems to work well – I’ve been taking this on and off the past 4 years. As recommended by a naturopath. There is a slight difference in energy levels. Taste is strong, better If they added more vitamin D and the price has gone up a lot over the years!! Quite steep! What concerns me is how the the vitamins and minerals are crushed to powder, so does that mean… Read more

nutrients could possibly be lost? Good amount of probiotics. I don’t take it everyday so it lasts a while. I get more Energy from a superfoods smoothie - you can add this to one as well. Frozen fruit, 1 teaspoon Macca powder, cacao nibs, green spirulina, pea protein isolate, pink pitaya, 1tsp vital greens, and almond milk. This smoothie really gives me so much energy.

The perfect 'medicine' – My husband and I have been taking Vital Greens for 22 years (it was invented in 2000), we only take 1 teaspoon each morning in water, and during all this time have had excellent health, no colds or flu and no covid (yet!). We turn 80 this year. Totally recommend this product. (If you find it difficult to drink, mix it with milk) Show details

It may work but the taste – Good amount of nutrients etc. but seriously struggling with the taste. They should really not be bragging about how good this tastes and rather advise people to mix it with something to make it palatable. Show details

A must have daily – Full of vital nutrients as the name suggests, improved appearance of skin, with an improved feeling in general wellbeing. Cannot taste it in a smoothie, i learnt the trick is to have 1.5 teaspoons not 2 heaped.

Great product – I usually add a teaspoon to my smoothie or juice to cover the strong taste. Lots of different ingredients and I much prefer the powder to taking endless vitamin, supplement and probiotic capsules each morning, let alone eating piles of kale and spinach! Always feels like I'm giving myself a boost of nutrition for the day.

Super food but reacted badly – The Vital All-in-One daily food supplement contains lots of good vitamins, minerals, super greens, protein, digestive enzymes and probiotics. Seems a perfect supplement. However as soon as I started on it (1 teaspoon in morning which is half the recommended dose initially) and by the next day, I became bloated, constantly blowing bad air and… Read more

feeling crap. Wow.. what a reaction !! Maybe I need to start off with a quarter of a teaspoon first and maybe, just maybe, I'll might get used to it. Otherwise I'll have to get rid of it which would be a pity as its expensive.
