We wish to inform consumers that reviews have been removed from this page following a legal request on behalf of Vital Partners (Love Actually Pty Ltd).

Vital Partners has claimed that negative reviews previously published on this page were likely to give rise to legal liability on behalf of ProductReview. After investigating the claims, we have decided to remove the reviews in question to protect both reviewers and ProductReview. As Australia's first and most comprehensive consumer opinion site, online since May 2003, our fundamental priority is to continue servicing consumers' best interests. Risking potentially lengthy and expensive court proceedings for us poses an unacceptable risk to the priority.
